Theme does work for the latest version and the developer is still updating this. also the "Updating the theme is not guaranteed" has been since the release of this theme.

Theme is good when using it brand new, however no update log listing the changes is pretty annoying when it comes to having extra addons on a panel which most do. So, when you update the theme, it will over your addons as well.
