This addon moves some of the Server Detail Blocks into the chart names and changes how unlimited disk space / memory / cpu are shown.

It's currently verified to support panel versions 1.10 and 1.10.1.

The cpu load, memory usage and network (inbound and outbound) are now shown in the chart titles. This way, there is less clutter in the information blocks. This addon also adds a server id and sftp and PhpMyAdmin buttons (the PhpMyAdmin button can be disabled).

Here is an example of a server with limits set and multiple connections (console logs are hidden on purpose).
